Attorney Eric J. Rietz has dedicated his career to the practice of commercial real estate law, with a particular emphasis on construction law and commercial leasing. He has earned a reputation for his practical advice, effective negotiation style, and creative problem-solving. After graduating from Northwestern University School of Law in 1992, Eric Rietz practiced commercial real estate at a large Chicago law firm for 11 years. He then served as general counsel for a large Chicago-based construction company before opening his own law firm. Through these roles, he gained a depth and breadth of experience in real estate legal matters that he continues to use to benefit construction companies, commercial landlords and tenants, and parties to commercial real estate transactions.
